The Center for Sales Strategy seeks a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our incredibly successful team.

The Business Development Representative will have two primary jobs. First, to follow-up on the leads we generate from our robust Inbound Marketing effort. Second, generate leads via research, investigation and prospecting. This person will prospect leads via phone and email to establish conversations, qualify the lead and ultimately set up appointments with our Performance Coach and Inbound Marketing Consultants.

In this role, you will:
  • Conduct high volume prospecting (telemarketing) for qualified leads
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Performance Consultant to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
  • Work internally with executive leadership team and marketing to ensure proper quality and quantity of calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments for Performance Consultant and Inbound Marketing Consultants
  • Conduct initial needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned
  • Leverage our content and blog to master the art of creating emails prospects will gravitate towards

You must have:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous successful sales experience OR a strong interest in a selling role
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • The technical aptitude to master using our CRM
  • A keenly developed competitive nature
  • A highly self-driven sense of motivation
  • The ability to deal with objections
  • A fanatical attention to detail

You should have:

  • An Associates or Bachelors degree in a business-related program
  • Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas


This position offers a base salary + commission for achieving goals. You will receive thorough training.  Base pay is $30,000 with a potential of $50,000 with budget achievement
