LeadG2, a HubSpot Platinum Partner and Inbound Marketing Agency is looking for our next full-time team member. The Content Manager / Inbound Marketing Specialist at LeadG2 will be responsible for supporting our Consultants with their client’s inbound marketing needs. This will include managing the entire content creation process, creating monthly marketing reports, and developing target personas for our clients, among other things.

Our clients come from a variety of different industries, including but not limited to media and advertising (radio, TV, print, ad agency, etc.), healthcare, education, business development, staffing, nonprofit, and professional services. While they do not need to have experience working directly with each of these industries, someone who can easily research and understand the needs of our many clients will be important.

This person will be responsible for managing the entire content process for all LeadG2 consulting clients. This includes:
  • Develop blog post titles and premium content (eBooks, whitepapers, etc.) based on client’s marketing and content strategy
  • Research topics and create content outlines
  • Work with and manage a team of freelance writers and designers who will write and design content
  • Manage client content calendars, adhere to deadlines, and project manage as needed with writers and clients
  • Proof and edit all client content to ensure proper grammar and spelling, but also adhering to target persona, content strategy, keyword strategy, and style guides
  • Meet with and possibly interview clients for content direction
  • Utilize HubSpot (and sometimes Wordpress) to upload, format, optimize, and publish blog posts
  • Choose photos for publishing needs that fit client style guide and are appropriate to the content

The Content Manager / Inbound Marketing Specialist will also oversee the execution of other important inbound marketing and sales needs for our clients. Some specific tasks this person will be responsible for includes:
  • Create landing pages and website pages on the HubSpot platform (website or custom design capabilities are not necessary, but an eye for design and design experience is a big plus!)
  • Create surveys and emails as part of our Target Persona Development for clients; Turn data into concise target persona profiles for our clients
  • Create call-to-action buttons
  • Customize email templates and write copy for email campaigns and lead nurturing workflows
  • Pull reporting, track KPIs, and create Monthly Marketing Reports for clients
  • Assist in creative brainstorming sessions and strategic development for clients
  • Conduct keyword research, track keywords, and optimize blog posts, landing pages, and website pages
  • Pull social marketing reports in HubSpot

We’d like to hear from you if…

  • You have inbound and content marketing experience
  • Have experience working with (or a general understanding of) HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Wordpress (or other marketing automation platforms)
  • Are tech savvy and a quick self-learner
  • You are a strong writer and editor with a keen eye for grammar and spelling
  • You have experience working in the marketing/advertising industry
  • You have knowledge/experience working in or with companies that are in media, professional services, education, business development, healthcare, and/or staffing
  • You have working knowledge of graphic design, particularly using Adobe products
  • You are a detail oriented, yet fast paced multi-tasker
  • You work well with deadlines and can easily manage your time and communicate priorities and expectations to a variety of team members who need something from you
  • You are comfortable working remotely and independently, and have the time management and discipline to get things done in a fast-paced environment with clients across time zones
  • You have excellent communication and project management skills
  • You are not the kind of person who needs to have their work checked or to be micro-managed
  • You enjoy working in collaborative environments but with the ability to work independently and efficiently


Compensation:
This position offers a base salary. You will receive thorough training in this role. The salary will range between $30,000-$40,000 depending on experience level.
