Content Manager & Inbound Marketing Specialist, LeadG2

LeadG2, a HubSpot Platinum Partner and Inbound Marketing Agency that is part of The Center for Sales Strategy, is looking for our next full-time team member. The Content Manager & Inbound Marketing Specialist at LeadG2 will be responsible for project managing the entire content creation process for our inbound marketing clients, as well as supporting our consultants with execution, reporting, and other campaign needs. This includes creating organized systems and processes to ensure deadlines are consistently met, using project management software, building and maintaining our pool of freelance writers and designers, and independently managing the production of a variety of projects to meet our clients' content needs. The Content Manager will work closely with our Content Strategist to ensure the highest quality content is delivered and that all projects are on schedule. 

This person will be responsible for:
  • Contributing to larger content strategy discussions with Consultants and Strategists
  • Overseeing the research and development of Target Personas for new clients 
  • Being responsible for maintaining a mix of talented and reliable freelance writers and designers to fit our clients' various needs and industries 
  • Managing client content calendars, creating and adhering to deadlines, and communicating with both clients and internal team members to ensure deadlines are met 
  • Uploading, optimizing, and publishing blog posts for clients on the HubSpot marketing platform 
  • Overseeing all design projects for clients, including providing direction to designers based on client style guides and marketing best practices
  • Managing other content projects with vendors including website development needs
  • Creating emails, landing pages, website pages, workflows, CTA buttons, and more inside of HubSpot 
  • Tracking monthly KPIs for clients and pulling/creating other marketing reports 
  • Schedule social media posts 
We’d like to hear from you if you have:
  • Direct project management experience
  • Experience using the HubSpot marketing platform, and an eagerness to become a HubSpot expert! 
  • Excellent communication skills and consider yourself highly responsive 
  • The ability (and an inclination) to use spreadsheets to keep yourself and others organized  
  • Hands-on experience using Basecamp project management tool (or similar)   
  • An exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Content marketing experience 
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for grammar and spelling 
  • A knack for improving and creating processes and organizational systems 
  • An ability to work well with deadlines, easily manage your time, and communicate priorities and expectations to a variety of team members who need something from you
  • Superior time management skills and self discipline (in order to work in a fast-paced, remote environment)  
  • A desire to not be micro-managed and are the kind of person who doesn't have to have their work double checked

Compensation: This position offers a base salary. You will receive thorough training in this role. The salary will range between $30,000-$35,000 depending on experience level.
Location: Remote/home office in the United States with little travel (2-3 times a year)
