Marketing Manager

Do you enjoy setting marketing goals and creating creative campaigns to reach them? Are you a passionate self-starter that lives and breathes marketing? The Center for Sales Strategy and LeadG2 are looking for a Marketing Manager who’s creative, metrics-oriented, dedicated, collaborative, and able to not only plan but execute on various marketing tactics to help our businesses grow. In this role, you’ll work with our team to take the marketing for two companies, The Center for Sales Strategy and LeadG2, to the next level in 2018 and beyond!

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and oversee annual marketing plan and budget for two companies
  • Conduct target persona research
  • Create and manage our inbound marketing strategies and content calendar
  • Oversee the content creation, editing, and publishing for multiple blogs and websites, utilizing internal subject matter experts (including yourself)
  • Create targeted marketing campaigns that reach our unique target personas
  • Consult, develop, publish, and monitor a variety of tactics for getting visibility and generating leads including but not limited to: social media, SEO, PPC and other digital paid media, blogging, content pillar strategies, account based marketing, inbound marketing, and more
  • Stay on top of the latest trends and best practices in the digital marketing space in order to bring new, creative ideas to the table
  • Build lead nurturing campaigns and automated workflows
  • Proficiently use marketing automation software to your advantage (HubSpot and more)
  • Make enhancements to the quality of existing messages, communications, images, and our overall brand
  • Test and evaluate current and potential organic and paid acquisition channels
  • Collaborate with the team and freelance designers to create content that attracts prospects and generates leads
  • Manage our social media pages
  • Set goals and measure success of marketing campaigns
  • Execute the needs for running campaigns including the creation of website pages, landing pages, forms, emails, and more
Job Requirements:
  • You have marketing experience (inbound, content, social, email, and beyond)
  • You have sales experience (directly or indirectly)
  • You’ve worked in or with the advertising and marketing industry
  • Have experience working with HubSpot and/or are HubSpot and Inbound certified
  • Have experience, or general understanding of, working with Google Analytics, Wordpress, or other marketing automation platforms besides HubSpot
  • Are tech savvy and a quick self-learner
  • You are comfortable writing and editing marketing copy
  • You are a detail oriented, yet fast paced multi-tasker
  • You work well with deadlines and can easily manage your time and communicate priorities and expectations to a variety of team members who need something from you
  • You are comfortable working remotely and independently, and have the time management and discipline to get things done in a fast-paced environment with clients across time zones
  • You have excellent communication and project management skills
  • You are not the kind of person who needs to have their work checked or to be micro-managed (you send client-ready work)
  • You enjoy working in collaborative environments but with the ability to work independently and efficiently

Compensation:
This position offers a base salary. You will receive thorough training in this role.The salary will range between $50,000 and $55,000 depending on experience level.
