Q: How can I make money as a Center for Sales Strategy Partner?
Several ways:
  • Reselling our online learning courses—you get a commission on every course you sell!
  • Bundling our online courses with distance meetings and charging a fee for this service.
  • Bundling our online courses with live workshops and charging a fee for the workshops.

Q: Can I charge whatever I want for services?
You can charge whatever you want to deliver distance meetings and live workshops bundled with our online courses; however, the online courses follow a set pricing structure published on our website. We recommend that you stick to that.

Q: Is it up to me to set whatever price I want to for the things I sell beyond the online courses?
We are happy to work with you to help establish your pricing strategy; however, final pricing decisions for anything you offer beyond online courses are up to you.

Q: What is the Partner Program certification process?
Our Partners follow these steps for certification:
  1. Sign up to become a Partner
  2. Take the online courses available in the Partner Toolkit
  3. Attend the next Foundations workshop to learn how to facilitate the workshops and distance meetings related to our online courses
  4. Pass an online assessment
  5. Receive certification and full access to Partner resources

Q: What is the Foundations workshop?
The Foundations workshop is a two day event held several times a year that is part of the Partner Program certification process. Foundations will equip Partners to be great trainers and facilitators of the resources available in the Partner Program. Participants will walk away from this workshop with the tools and facilitation tips needed to help sellers improve their sales performance.

Q: Why should I get certified? What value is there in that?
The certification process will improve your ability to understand the content so you can deliver live workshops and distance meetings to your customers—these workshops and distance meetings will improve your customers’ ability to sell and put more cash in your pocket!

Q: If I resell your online courses and workshops to a client, do their salespeople have full access to all your content on your resource center?
We have a Partner Resource Center that provides your customers access to the materials related to the online learning courses, distance meeting kits and live workshops tied to the training you provide.

Q: Can I take documents connected to the programs I am going to resell and put them on my website?
We advise against this and encourage our partners to use the documents related to our training with paying customers only during workshops.

Q: Is there a way I can make sure that my competition does not become a client of yours as well?
We do not offer exclusivity to our partners. The best way to get the jump on your competition is to become a partner today and be the first in your category to provide this service.

Q: How do you bill me for courses my clients use?
For online courses billing will be set up via online payment—your customers will be billed when they sign up for an online course. You will handle all billing for any distance meetings and live workshops you deliver.

Q: Do you have other resources to help my business?
The Center for Strategy also provides services in the following areas:

Q: Do I have permission to copy and distribute the material in the courses? 
Yes! Additionally, you can even insert your logo on our documents and power point presentations.

Yes! We will provide a link that you can give to your prospects to find out more about our services and resources.

Q: Do I have 24/7 access to your site?
Yes, as long as you are a partner in good standing.

Q: Can you develop new programs to meet the needs of my clients?
Customization of programs is possible for an additional fee.

Q: Are there any restrictions on who I can approach with your programs?
Some restrictions do apply. Our Partner Program is not available to The Center for Sales Strategy's full service media customers.

Q: If I am a full service media customer of the Center for Sales Strategy could I become a Preferred Partner and deliver the service to my company?
This wouldn’t make sense because of how limiting the service would be compared to your current service. If you want to discuss a creative, tailored service different than you have, talk to your assigned consultant.
