Client Coordinator

Do you enjoy working on multiple projects at the same time? Do you like to organize, coordinate, and improve client communication and outreach? Do you like to bring fun and energy to the projects you work on?

Job Purpose:

The heart of this role is to coordinate, deliver, and track client communications for our instructor-led, virtual training workshops. You will work closely with our Director of Learning and Development to ensure participants receive timely communication and materials regarding the workshops they are enrolled in. You will occasionally fill-in as a workshop producer assisting instructors in the delivery of engagement tools and providing technology support.

Job Scope:
  • You will be the point of contact for all workshop attendees.
  • Organize communication schedules for multiple concurrent workshops. 
  • Manage the attendance and outreach to missing attendees to re-engage.
  • Utilize technology to automate and organize workshop communications 
  • Assist with workshop prep including PowerPoint and technology tool customization. 
  • Provide occasional production for virtual, instructor-led training
