Nothing pleases Jim more than seeing an organization increase sales because he had the opportunity to contribute to the growth of its sales executives and salespeople. In 1992 Jim joined The Center for Sales Strategy to become its first professional associate. Since then, as a Partner, VP, President/CEO and now Managing Partner, Jim has been instrumental in helping the company grow from a staff of three to over 40 FTEs. He has performed consulting and training services in many of the company's largest markets in the USA, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia and clients routinely include Jim in corporate-level projects like long-term strategic planning, sales force restructuring, compensation design, and identifying top talent. Jim has only applied for one job in his career—the first. Over the years he has been recruited as a Sales Manager, VP Sales, General Manager, CEO, and eventually Managing Partner.
Jim lives in South Tampa with his wife, Linda. Both his daughter, Katie, and his son, Eric, are involved in the media business. Katie is an Account Executive based in Tampa with Shopkick and Eric is an IT Support Specialist at WFTV-TV in Orlando. He and Linda also have two wonderful granddaughters, Elizabeth and Hailey. When he’s not busy helping his clients, Jim plays drums in a regional rock band, keeping him forever young!
