This position will be a remote, work-from-home role.
The Center for Sales Strategy (CSS) specializes in helping sales organizations improve total revenue performance. We are looking for our next consultant to join our team. As a CSS Consultant you will be responsible for guiding our clients in building and executing a winning sales strategy. We do that by immersing ourselves in our client’s sales organization to understand their goals, how they measure success, and the strengths and structure of their team. We collaborate on training plans and partner with our clients on the strategies and tactics to drive both short-term and long-term sales.
YOU MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR THIS ROLE IF...
You have a deep understanding of what it takes to increase revenue in a sales organization and have a demonstrated history of doing that (this will be the first thing we want to talk about if you apply).
You would excel at finding your own clients to serve because it’s hard to stop you from selling (be ready to show us a list of prospects)!
You love to own the front of the room, not because you have a huge Ego, but because you want to help others grow and develop.

Compensation:
One year guarantee then base salary plus new business commission.
Location:
Remote/home office in the United States. This position does require travel.
Status:
