As Managing Partner at The Center for Sales Strategy, John has led in the development of our Partner team, which has been a key factor in our company’s growth and diversity. The Partner team’s depth of leadership has guided the launch and growth of our two new divisions - LeadG2 and Up Your Culture. John has a strategic approach and is often working directly with many of our larger clients' senior leadership. John has been the driving force on writing and refining the concepts for two key training programs, IMPACT Sales Leadership System and Sales Accelerator, that help our clients drive winning sales performance.
John joined the company in 1996 and became a Managing Partner and Owner in 2008. He gets involved in client renewals, new business presentations, and directly managing a number of folks on the team. John and fellow Owner Matt Sunshine, are also charged with keeping the company profitable, to the benefit of staff as well as clients.
John lives in North Carolina with his wife Cricket and their two children, Chelsea and David. He tries to work as hard at being a husband and father as he does at being a Managing Partner. He previously worked in Chicago, Atlanta, Birmingham, and Tampa and is a native of Toledo, Ohio.
