Contract Worker: Inbound Marketing Specialist, LeadG2

LeadG2, a HubSpot Platinum Partner and sales performance agency, is part of The Center for Sales Strategy. We specialize in using inbound marketing and sales enablement strategies to help our clients grow. We are looking for our next team member to serve as a contract worker. The Inbound Marketing Specialist at LeadG2 will be responsible for supporting our client services team. This will include extensive use of the HubSpot software (across marketing, CRM, sales, and service hubs) and being a true expert in applying the inbound marketing methodology and best practices.

Experience using the HubSpot Marketing software is required. 

The ideal candidate would be able to work remotely.   This person will report to a Senior Inbound Marketing and Sales Consultant at LeadG2 but will work directly with several Consultants who will be delegating projects to them. 

The Inbound Marketing Specialist will be responsible for various action items to assist our Consultants with the execution of getting clients set up on HubSpot and running inbound marketing campaigns.

Specific tasks include (but are not limited to) the list below.  Please note these are some of the potential types of tasks and projects you might work on, depending on your expertise and our needs. The exact kind of projects will be determined by the hiring manager and can be discussed in the interview process. You do not necessarily need experience in all of these areas.

  • Setting up the HubSpot Marketing Professional accounts for our clients and being able to troubleshoot on HubSpot
  • Creating landing pages and all components for launching these (forms, thank you pages, follow-up emails, etc.) 
  • Uploading, formatting, optimizing, and publishing blog posts in HubSpot
  • Creating and scheduling social media posts
  • Setting up, writing copy for, and designing marketing emails
  • Creating lead nurturing emails and setting up automated workflows 
  • Creating CTA buttons in HubSpot
  • Tracking campaign analytics and reviewing reporting in HubSpot
  • Creating trackable URLs
  • Creating smart lists
  • Creating workflows
  • Setting up HubSpot Sales Pro tools
  • Copy editing and proofing; Ensuring adherence to client brand style guidelines 
  • Marketing copywriting  
  • Using project management software effectively
  • Create reports and presentations in both Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Auditing and evaluating websites, design work, social media accounts, and more

Compensation:
This position pays an hourly rate.
