Working on the Help Desk at CSS is the perfect job for Lisa! She has always loved helping people use technology and, on the Help Desk, has the opportunity to help many people with a wide variety of technical issues. It is never boring! It is like being part detective, part technologist and part hero (on a good day 😊.)
Lisa has a degree in Computer Science from Penn State University and has a wide range of professional experience as a systems programmer, technology trainer and hardware/software installer. Most recently she worked at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals supporting the Business Technology division and wore many hats during her 21 years there.
Lisa lives in Connecticut with her husband and their Wheaten Terrier Piper - her other three children have flown the coop. Her favorite thing to do is travel and would like to see every square inch of the world and while she has been lucky to see a lot, she doesn't think she has made much of a dent. In her spare time she enjoys skiing, playing golf, and hiking.
