In her role as a Certified Talent Analyst, she conducts in-depth analysis and provides managers with detailed feedback on the innate abilities and potential of candidates and direct reports. Although she values her ability to help sales managers make smart hiring decisions and create individualized coaching plans, one of the most rewarding aspects of her role involves working with salespeople one-on-one to help them better understand their own innate talents and coaching them to maximize their unique strengths to accomplish increasingly greater success.
