Training Content Specialist

Do you love creating meaningful content?

Do you get a kick out of making sure everything is in the right place? 

Would you enjoy being part of a team creating training products that are making a positive impact on our client's businesses?

The Center for Sales Strategy is expanding our content team and looking to add a full-time member to help us create and manage our training content. This role will work closely with subject matter experts (SME), designers, and our in-house training team. You will help ensure that the highest quality content is created and delivered on schedule.

  • Project management of training content in various formats.
  • Copywriting, editing, and proofing to improve SME content drafts.
  • Working with the design team to bring content into final formats.
  • Research, write, and update our consumer category trend reports.
  • Content curation in our Library, Resource Center, and Learning Management System.
  • Occasional fill-in producer for live, instructor-led webinars & workshops.

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate that you have:

  • A talent and passion for creating, managing, and curating content.
  • A sense of urgency and high responsiveness.
  • Strong business writing, editing, and proofing skills with a keen eye for grammar.
  • Experience managing multiple projects to a successful completion in a timely manner.
  • The ability to ensure that content is professional, concise, and easy-to-understand.
  • A good understanding of the B2B and B2C sales process.
  • General understanding of the delivery of content through Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

This position offers a base salary of $48,000 with opportunities for bonuses and raises.

Remote/home office in the United States with limited travel.
