Training Content Specialist

Job Purpose:
This role will coordinate and improve the creation of our training content. They will work closely with subject matter experts and designers, while providing the copywriting and instructional design expertise needed to ensure we deliver effective learning experiences. Your project management and sense of urgency will help to expedite the creation of new training content.

Performance Tracking: 
You’ll be a success when you can quickly grasp the essence of the sales process, work on several large and small projects simultaneously, and improve the usability and delivery of our training content.

Leading indicators:
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the sales process and our approach to sales consulting.
  • Strong writing skills translating into an improvement in our new and existing training content.
  • Multiple training content projects moving forward successfully in a timely manner.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Transform good SME raw content into great client training materials.
  • Create and improve the copy on PDFs, PPTs, webpages, and other training material.
  • Project manager for the creation and improvement of multiple training content projects.
  • Manage the curation of the client online Library.
  • Improve the overall client experience with easy to understand training content.

Status: Full-time
Location: Remote/home office
Compensation: Based on experience
