In a nutshell:

Who? We're looking for a sales hunter with experience in the company culture space! Someone who loves to go after big game and mount their trophies.

What?  Up Your Culture helps companies improve their culture and increase employee engagement which grows revenue and the bottom-line!

How? You will be going after C-Suite Executives to sell the Up Your Culture program. This is a salary plus commission set-up.

What’s this all about?

We have spent the last couple of years building out a really strong program called Up Your Culture, designed to help sales organizations reduce regrettable turnover, increase productivity and revenue, and improve key customer retention. We work with companies to improve company culture and increase employee engagement (and we’re really good at it!). We have beta tested the 12-month program in a variety of very diverse cultures, and we have received a tremendous response with powerful testimonies and feedback.

That means it's time to officially launch Up Your Culture.  We intend to hit the ground running, which is why our hunt for the perfect salesperson has begun!

The seller we hire will be able to make an enormous impact on our budding division, selling Up Your Culture and building our book of business from the ground up. Those with an entrepreneurial spirit will love this! This person will also play the client lead on some of the accounts they sell.

We know we are looking for a needle in a haystack… a born salesperson who has a passion for and expertise in company culture! But we also know you are out there, and we’re excited to welcome you aboard.

We are a sales performance company that exists to turn talent into performance. The Up Your Culture division was born out of the desperate need sales organizations have to reduce regrettable turnover, increase productivity, and retain key customers to achieve maximum performance. Decades of experience have proven that while a company can hire talented people and invest in expensive training programs, if their people are not engaged, they won’t fully activate their talents or reach their full potential. Businesses only get a shadow of an employee if they are dragging themselves into work every day. Our program gets to the heart of building a culture of engagement to drive lasting results.

Job Scoop:
  • This is a full-time job that pays salary plus commission.
  • You will be leading our sales effort, responsible for selling Up Your Culture to sales organizations that would benefit from the program.
  • You will be expected to hit or exceed your sales goals (duh).
  • You will also be able to play the lead role on some of the accounts you sell.
  • You’ll need to be able to travel a bit.
Stuff you could also do if it’s your thing:
  • If you enjoy facilitating, you could co-facilitate the program’s kick-off workshop that brings all of the company top leaders together to set the stage for what’s ahead.
  • If you are a natural at coaching, you could get involved with the one-on-one coaching we do with top leaders/executives.

We’re great at training salespeople, but we need you to come with a few developed skills already.
