Jill Photo(Sept. 5, 2024) — Robertson Lowstuter, Inc. (R|L) is thrilled to announce the addition of Jill Zimmerman as a new Executive Coach. This strategic hire aligns with the commitment to growth and excellence in executive development.
 
Zimmerman brings a wealth of experience and expertise to R|L. As a seasoned executive and I/O Psychologist, she has held pivotal roles such as Chief People Officer, Chief Talent Officer, and Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer. Her extensive global experience in talent strategy and change management has consistently transformed business challenges into effective, executable people solutions with measurable results.
 
Most recently, she served as the EVP/Chief People Officer at Hilco Global, where she built and led their first professionalized HR function across 20+ CEO-led Operating Companies. Her achievements include coaching and developing over 40 OPCO CEOs and top leaders, redesigning OPCOs for growth, and implementing best-in-class performance management and employee development programs.
 
Prior to Hilco, Zimmerman was Partner and the Global Chief Talent and Inclusion Officer at Mercer, where she built and led Mercer’s innovative, growth-focused talent management and diversity and inclusion solutions for 25,000 employees in 44 countries. Jill has also held strategic leadership positions at Discover Financial Services, Hewitt Associates, and Bank of Montreal, contributing to the successful public offerings for Discover and Hewitt.
 
Her academic contributions include her current role as Senior Program Director building custom Executive Education programs for Kellogg-Northwestern Corporate clients, and she has held adjunct faculty positions at Kellogg-Northwestern Executive Education and at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. She also serves on several advisory boards, including Dubin Clark Private Equity firm, and HR Tech companies, GrowthSpace, and SurePeople.
 
Zimmerman expressed her enthusiasm about joining R|L, stating, “I have known R|L and many coaches for most of my career, and if I had to choose the organization that I think is best in class at executive development, coaching, and transition, it would be R|L!
