UYC_ENGAGE24-Cover
(April 5, 2024) — Up Your Culture (UYC) by The Center for Sales Strategy, a company culture and employee engagement firm, released ENGAGE 2024: The Company Culture Report, a report compiling data from surveys conducted in Q1 of 2024. The report studies the current landscape of company culture and employee engagement, including work models, mission and values, employee development, and analysis of what the data means for organizations moving forward.

The surveys revealed that 99% of people believe culture is important to the success of an organization. According to Beth Sunshine, SVP of Up Your Culture, “Strong cultures lead to high levels of employee engagement, which isn’t just important to an organization’s success – it's essential. Companies that invest in their employees and culture see improved financial performance, strong recruitment, lower employee turnover, better customer outcomes, and increased innovation.”

Snapshots from the report include telling numbers:

  • 86% of respondents report working side-by-side with people who are actively disengaged
  • 55% of respondents don’t believe their opinions always matter
  • 30% of managers believe their company culture is getting worse
  • and many more

“When you engage your team, you grow your business and we see direct correlation in that not only with the organizations we work with but also in the findings of this year’s report,” said Sunshine. “To help business leaders continuously monitor employee engagement levels and grow their businesses, we remain committed to our annual culture survey. In ENGAGE 2024: The Company Culture Report, we take a comprehensive look into the survey results and compare them to previous years, providing updated data, insightful analysis, and expert strategies to improve company culture and boost employee engagement.”

As a firm dedicated to helping organizations engage their team and grow their business, Up Your Culture conducted online surveys in January of 2024 to gain insight into the industry trends that are impacting company culture today. Surveys were shared with the public, and data was collected from respondents in the United States whose company size ranged from 1-25 to over 1000 employees and reported job functions falling into the following categories: Owner/Partner, Manager, C-Suite, and Employee.

"CSS has a proven track record of identifying talents and potential of future sales consultants and sales leaders. While I appreciate the assessment and rating for selection, I value the coaching conversations with the CSS Talent Analysts. "We've worked with LeadG2 since 2015 and will continue working with them...no end in sight. Not only are they positive, inspiring, responsive and fun to work with, they have transformed our business. We consider them partners and trusted advisors. They help us with our complete inbound marketing strategy from beginning to end, and since starting, we have tracked and attributed well over a million dollars in new revenue and have blown past all our key success metrics. We recommend LeadG2 to anyone... except our competition. "

UP YOUR CULTURE

"The Up Your Culture program was pretty much perfect and aligned with our needs. All the feedback from our leaders has been wonderful. I wish I had this type of structure when I led a market. I did it on my own and didn’t have a road map. Being given a roadmap but being able to customize it to the needs of each market, like Up Your Culture does, is extremely valuable. "
