Donna B. Hall Comes Out of Retirement to Lead Executive Coaching Firm, Robertson Lowstuter

Hall, former publisher of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and a seasoned media executive, has come out of retirement to lead the executive coaching firm, Robertson Lowstuter. The firm was recently acquired by The Center for Sales Strategy (CSS), and Hall will now lead the newly-acquired division as part of the CSS portfolio of brands. 

Hall brings with her a wealth of experience from her 35-year career in media with Cox Enterprises, where she held various leadership roles across traditional media platforms, including 25 years in the radio division. Her passion for leadership and people development, honed over years of managing sales, marketing, research, news, content, and P&L, makes her an ideal fit for this role. 

Through her years of honing media skills, with most of those running clusters of radio stations, her greatest passion was the leadership of people. “Helping others grow and develop was, by far, my favorite thing about being a leader in each of the positions I held,” said Hall. “My hope and goal is to have a similar, profound impact on others that my coaches have had on me in my career.” 

After retiring from Cox in April 2022, Hall completed advanced certifications in Executive Coaching and has guided other leaders through her coaching business the past few years.
