As a part of the CSS Help Desk, Aaron's focused on providing support and finding solutions for our clients' needs. Every problem has a solution and Aaron loves opportunities to find them. Each day is different with a new puzzle to be solved. Aaron previously worked on the Help Desk for Global Credit Union performing a wide variety of remote and in-person support tasks. Aaron put a brief pause on his IT career to pursue a unique, short-term coaching/consultant role within the Gaming industry. With contracts closed, Aaron is back to focusing on his IT career and furthering his education.
Aaron recently moved near Sacramento to be near extended family but is from Anchorage Alaska where he often travels to visit his parents and siblings. He loves all things competitive gaming and often spends his free time helping run competitive gaming tournaments and events.
