Chelsea's role as Help Desk Manager provides her with the opportunity to fulfill her passion of working with technology, solving problems, and creating solutions for our clients. She craves knowledge and enjoys uncovering new ways we can continue improving our client experience.
Chelsea graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Information Technology in 2013 and before joining The Center for Sales Strategy team in 2018 Chelsea worked in Instructional Design at a Junior College, aiding the development of online courses and providing technical support to students. She also has experience working in customer service, sales and management.
Chelsea lives just south of Pittsburgh in her hometown with her daughter Stella, their dog, Dudley, and cat, Charlie. Chelsea loves all things Harry Potter and Disney, spending time with her family and friends, watching the Pittsburgh Penguins, reading, and traveling whenever possible.
