Emily came to CSS originally as a Senior Coach in 2007. After a few years coaching and facilitating, she moved into a VP/Senior Consultant role. Emily is able to make immediate connections with people and because of that she can quickly get engagement from her clients. She's worked with cable, newspaper, magazine, radio and TV markets all over the U.S. She focuses on the process and also on the result. She likes to guide, teach and mentor her clients through complex issues. She leads with positivity and can see opportunities instead of obstacles.
Emily lives in the great state of Washington with her husband Rob (20 years!) and two kids Jack and Ella. She likes to walk, do yoga, garden, spend time with her family and friends, travel and laugh. Her happy place is her family's cabin at Priest Lake, Idaho.
