LeadG2, a HubSpot Diamond Partner and sales performance agency, is part of The Center for Sales Strategy. We specialize in using inbound marketing and sales enablement strategies to help our clients grow. We are looking for a talented freelance website developer who has an expertise in building websites on HubSpot. This role requires that you are highly responsive, creative, and communicative. 

We are open to working on a per task/request pricing model based on turnaround time and scope. 

We work with clients in various industries, so the ability to follow brand style guides and creative direction with ease is critical, but we also seek your professional and creative expertise to take our web design to the next level!  The perfect candidate is also very communicative as you’ll be working with a team of consultants, content strategists and inbound specialists to deliver websites and web pages for our clients. The ideal website developer has a strong portfolio of work, expert-level knowledge of the HubSpot CMS platform. 

Freelance Website Developer Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and communicate with team members during projects to produce client-ready work 
  • Be able to meet deadlines and communicate effectively throughout projects 
  • Work with brand style guides to ensure brand cohesiveness 
  • Ability to develop and create fully functional and uniquely designed websites for clients across industries
  • Ability to customize and bring to life template packs purchased from the HubSpot marketplace
  • Create pillar pages, landing page templates, and custom modules when needed
  • Ensure all website development is user-friendly and editable using the HubSpot CMS tool

Freelance Website Developer Requirements and Qualifications

  • Extensive portfolio of websites created 
  • HubSpot CMS for Developers Certification
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in HubSpot 
  • Responsive and communicative work ethic 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment (agency experience a plus) 
  • Understanding of and experience with B2B website development 

Compensation:
We’d like to find an agreed upon typical hourly rate but we’ll ask that quotes be provided on a project basis. When you apply please include any pricing parameters you already have.
