Kelly George joins the Center for Sales Strategy with more than twenty years of experience in talent and career management, consulting, sales, and human resources. Kelly has served in delivery of client engagements as the head of national sales working with global consulting firms including Right Management, RiseSmart, and CareerCurve while living in New York City, Silicon Valley, and the Southeastern US. She holds degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a double Masters from Columbia University in Career Counseling and Industrial & Organizational Psychology. During her decade living in New York City Kelly also worked as the head of Human Resources at Ralph Lauren Madison Avenue and as Vice President of Public Relations at Hill & Knowlton.
In her role as Talent Analyst at CSS and Engagement Specialist at Up Your Culture, Kelly combines her unique background in counseling psychology with skills and expertise in communications and human resource management to help organizations and employees maximize their talents and reach their full potential for success.
Kelly resides in Charleston, SC, and is the founder of local nonprofit StillSpace Collective, which is dedicated to promoting mental health and wellness through meditation and mindfulness practices. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at South Carolina's beautiful beaches, hiking in the NC mountains, traveling with her family, and trying out new vegetarian recipes.
