Shaye loves people, hard work, and fun. Mix the three, and it makes for a great combo to apply to all areas of life including her job. If you love what you do, is it really work? As the Marketing Manager, Shaye leads the marketing strategy and efforts for The Center for Sales Strategy, LeadG2, and Up Your Culture. Her passion for quality (and educational) content, lead generation, successful campaigns, creative design, thought leadership and a good analytics report drive her and her team to provide quality marketing efforts that drive results. She enjoys seeing new ideas come to fruition then tracking them to improve upon them for future projects and campaigns, as well as helping fellow co-workers grow their thought leadership, and seeing the company and its divisions improve sales performance.
Shaye lives in Destin, Florida, with her son, Josiah, and two pups, Bella and Nina. She enjoys traveling, fitness, a long beach day, a cold beer, wine paired with cheese, football, and new experiences. Dance has been a passion of hers throughout her life and she enjoys exploring this passion though teaching ballet, jazz, and lyrical to students at a local studio. She is the Past President of the Northwest Florida Coast Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association which provides professional development and networking opportunities for area public relations and marketing professionals, enjoys volunteering at her church and giving back to the community, and was recently chosen as United Way's 2021 "40 Under 40" Emerging Leaders.
