Susan joined The Center for Sales Strategy in 2018 as the Accounts Payable Manager where she oversees and manages all accounts payable for CSS, LeadG2, and Up Your Culture. Her job duties include processing payments and deposits as well as accounting for all expenses. Her background includes 12 years with both Bank of America and Wells Fargo where she held the roles of Management Associate Trainer, AVP of Business Banking, AVP of the Transition Team for Mergers, and VP of Underwriting. Susan has strong communication skills with an incredible amount of patience and positivity which results in being an excellent team player who enjoys partnering with the Consultants to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Susan is a Native Floridian who grew up in Miami and now resides in Tampa, Florida with her husband of 27 years, Mark, who she met while attending The Florida State University. Together, they have two college age sons, Connor and Caleb, and a high school age daughter, Chloe. As a family, they enjoy boating and cheering on the FSU Seminoles. In addition to family time, Susan loves to spend her free time exercising, dining out with her husband and friends or traveling to new places to experience different activities, culture, and food.
