For over 29 years, I worked in radio and television stations—big and small. I have been in sales and management (AE, LSM, RVP, DOS, SRVP, GM, VP/GM), and I believe that my record of "doing the next right thing" while delivering on sales budgets kept me at the top in the companies I worked for. I realized that no matter the size of the station, the issues are mostly the same. The key was always to grow our revenue and ratings plus hire and retain the best top talent. I passionately care about the team and work to make sure we are setting realistic expectations and delivering results for our clients.  

 

I love the outdoors, walks with my 2 rescue Shih Tzu's, and working outside in the heat then jumping into the cold pool. I crave the beach and the ocean and try to get there at least once a year, and I love hiking in Colorado in the summer/fall. I volunteer in the community and at church—helping others brings me a feeling of connectedness and joy! I have a son, Matthew, and 2 beautiful adult stepdaughters. I live in Dallas, Texas, with my wonderful husband, Mark. St. Louis is my hometown but I'm a Texas girl!
